Registration&Conference fees

Dear Colleagues,

the registration for the conference is now open. After registering (here) all participants should pay the conference fee by a bank transfer (see details).

Conference fees (including: participation in the conference, conference materials, book of abstracts, 3 lunches, coffee, tea and snacks during breaks):

  • Faculty members:
    • 140 EUR (550 PLN): Early bird, registration by April 15th, payment by April 30th
    • 170 EUR (700 PLN): registration: April 16th – May 15th, payment by May 31st
  • Students:
    • 110 EUR (450 PLN): Early bird, registration by April 15th, payment by April 30th
    • 140 EUR (550 PLN): registration April 16th – May 15th, payment by May 31st
  • Midsummer at the castle“, social event: 50 EUR (215 PLN): registration and payment by May 31st
In addition to the conference fee, all participants have to pay IACS 2-year membership fee (35EUR/15EUR). Please do not transfer the membership fee to the university account; you can pay the membership fee via IACS webpage or on site.

 

Notifications sent out

Dear Authors,

thank you for submitting your abstracts to the IACS2016 conference. We’ve just finished sending out the (a bit delayed) notifications after the reviewing process. If you haven’t received the notification, check a spam folder in your mailbox or contact us. The list of accepted papers is available here.

All participants including paper/poster presenters must register for the conference, pay the registration fee and pay the IACS membership fee. The conference fee includes lunches, coffee/tea as well as conference materials for the three days. The registration page will be opened in a few days.
We also encourage you to take part in the “Midsummer at the castle“: a trip to Kazimierz Dolny, cruise on Vistula River and conference dinner, which takes place on Tuesday June 21st.
